3rd Annual Pig Roast

Executive Master Chef Jay Terry with a willing team of sous chefs, lighted up his homemade barbecue pit before dawn on Saturday morning. Together they injected flavorings, turned it regularly and ensured we had the best tasting pulled pork available in the country! I wish I could add the smell and taste of their wonderful creation on this website, as they were true masters in their task. The parish started arriving to enjoy an afternoon of big screen football and fellowship around lunchtime, and at 2:30pm, we were finally able to savor the delight of the days creation. With the addition of an enormous jump house and slide for the kids, freshly popped popcorn and beautiful weather, all enjoyed a wonderful day of fellowship and food. Thank you to all our chefs for your long hours slaving over the hot coals.
